Bad item received:
We accept returns and refunding requests for below reasons：
- There is a quality problem with your item
- There is an error happened when we custom your item as agreed
- The item didn't arrive within the time frame as we guaranteed
- The item doesn't match what we advertised in the site
- Item is lost on the way
You don't need to return the item if any of above happens. We will fully refund the payment once the problem is confirmed.
Good item received
We accept returns too if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with what you receive. Just return it to us within 7 business days for a full refund of your purchase price.
Kindly ship your return with tracking (for example, USPS Priority Mail) and in good condition.
We will refund in 7 business days from when we receive your return. Returning cost will not be refund unless you received a broken item or one with quality problem from us.
Please confirm that your address is correct before purchasing. We cannot change your address once your order is placed.
All orders will be come with tracking. You can track your item through the link we provide when we ship it.
