Returns and Cancellations
Conditions for Cancellations
- An order is applicable for cancellation within 24 hours after payment
- An order passed 24 hours after payment is applicable for cancellation if we confirm what is ordered has not been partially or completely produced.
- An order after production or shipment is applicable for cancellation if what's ordered is lost on the way of delivery.
- An order passed 24 hours after payment and is partially or completely produced is not applicable for cancellation.
How to Request for a Cancellation
- If you need to cancel your order, please send an email with your request to email@example.com within 24 hours after your payment and wait for approval.
- If you failed to send the cancelation request within 24 hours after payment, please send an e-mail first to firstname.lastname@example.org checking if what is ordered has been produced.We will check and approve your cancelation request if the order has NOT been produced.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- If your order cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be processed within 24 hours after approval.
- If your order is confirmed to be lost on way to you, we will reship or fully refund your payment, up to your choice.
Conditions for Returning
1. Returns caused by disqualified products: we accept return or request for a replacement if you receive a disqualified or damaged product. We will be responsible to pay shipping fees caused by returns of disqualified or damaged products during delivery.
2. If no quality problem occurs but you still expect to return, we accept a return request issued within 2 days after delivery of the product. To be eligible for a no-reason return, the product must be unused and in the same condition when you receive it. It must be in the original packaging. Customers are responsible to pay for shipping of this kind of returns.

Refunds for Returned Orders
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you with a notification of receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, refund will be processed within 24 hours after approval.
